To Michael, art is an interpretation of the things he has seen and experienced in his life. To him art is the pain and the beauty that comes from the pain. It is the beauty that comes after the struggle.
Art is from the tragedies, the struggle and the pain we, in South Africa, or being born with black or brown skin have had to endure.
